Turn your iPhone Duo into a clock
The iPhone Duo can stand up by itself. Fold it part of the way, and it stands like a tent or a small laptop. This makes it a good clock for a nightstand or a desk.
Option 1: Nightstand, with StandBy
- Open Settings > StandBy, and turn on StandBy and Night Mode.
- Close the Duo, put it on a charger, and stand it on its side.
- Pick a clock face, or swipe to the widgets and add a clock.
StandBy shows when the phone stands on its side on a charger. At night, Night Mode turns the screen red, so it does not light up the room.
Option 2: Tent
- Fold the Duo into an upside-down V, and set it down.
- Use it as a clock that you can read from the bed.
Option 3: Desk, like a laptop
- Open the Duo part of the way, like a laptop.
- Set the bottom half flat on the desk.
Clock widgets for the Duo
- Duo Widgets Fold Clock and the Studio. Pick analog or digital, the font, and the colors. Use it on the closed Duo, on the open Duo, or in StandBy. In StandBy, the Fold Clock fills one half of the screen, red at night.
