Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Duo Widgets, an iPhone app made by Wensel LLC ("we"). When you use the app, you agree to these terms.
Free and Pro
Duo Widgets is free to download. Pro unlocks every widget and every feature. You can get Pro in three ways:
- Monthly: $2.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial.
- Yearly: $19.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial.
- Lifetime: $49.99, paid once. Lifetime has no trial.
These prices are in U.S. dollars. The App Store can show a different price in your country.
Subscriptions renew automatically
Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions that you buy through Apple. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews at the same price for each new period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
The 7-day free trial
The free trial is for new subscribers, and you can use it one time. The trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Manage or cancel
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period that you paid for.
Lifetime
Lifetime is one purchase. It has no trial, and it does not renew.
Restore Purchases
To get Pro back on a new iPhone, or after you install the app again, tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings. Use the same Apple Account that bought Pro.
Payments and refunds
Apple handles every payment and every refund. We do not see your payment details. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Governing law
The laws of the State of Arizona, United States, govern these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
